Two of our own have just been certified IT lawyers.
Effective July 1, Ida Mikkelsen and Niels Schou-Andreasen have been admitted to Danske IT-Advokater's circle of certified specialists.
It is not a title you buy. A certified IT lawyer must at all times be able to document at least 500 hours of actual IT-legal work within the past year. In other words: the specialization must be proven again and again.
For us it is important for one reason: tech specialization is not something we say to sound modern. It is something our clients can rely on, and now also something that is certified.
